Oven Ready Lasagna
Valin Oven Ready Wavy Lasagna is obtained by a unique and innovative process based on extrusion cooking technology. Lasagna sheet is completely cooked in boiling water, at 95 °C. Our lasagna is fully gelatinized and digestible. The drying process is performed at ultra high temperatures in order to reach required moisture content in a short time. Then lasagna sheet is cut at specific sizes. Production technology installed at Valin is the state-of-art and equipped with flexible and automatic packaging section that can satisfy most different requirements, from bulk packaging to personalized boxes, put into display cases, ready for the retailers market.
